We “Racing Vegetables” (Vegetais de Corrida) have made a decisive choice in the beginning of our journey and decided to change our nutrition.
We’ve reduced the ingestion of sugars and harmful fats, giving preference to plant based foods.
Thus, on our table, in order to ensure a complete and balanced nutrition, the following food groups are always present:

Together with this decision, there are three fundamental rules for us, and we try to follow them whenever possible. They are:
Rule n.º 1: giving preference to fresh and natural products and avoiding processed ones.
Rule n.º 2: favouring local food products and respecting their seasonality.
Rule n.º 3: whenever possible, eating organic products.
Healthy food, sound mind in an active body! These goals aren’t difficult to achieve and that’s what we want to show you!
Because after all, motivation is a decision… it depends on you!
