Fruit purée, Soy Yoghurt e Hemp Seeds

Serves: 1 person
Time: 5 minutes

1 banana
1 pear
1 handful raspberries
½ avocado
4 or 5 tablespoons sugar-free, natural soy yoghurt
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon de hemp seeds
cinnamon to taste


1. Blend the fruit in a food processor until you obtain a purée.

2. Spoon into a bowl and place the yoghurt in the centre.

3. Sprinkle with the seeds and cinnamon and add two raspberries in the end.

Note: This quick and complete recipe may be a good option for breakfast, for a snack or a lighter dinner.
